About the Role
The Director of Clinical Services will:
- Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams across all levels of care settings.
- Oversee all clinical operations, staff, and patient care services.
- Collaborate with Quality, Compliance & Education teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
- Manage budgets, meet quality benchmarks, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative culture and motivate teams toward excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- Current RN (Colorado or eligible for licensure); BSN and CHPN preferred.
- 10+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in progressive management.
- Hospice leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused leadership style.
