URGENT CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER & PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose and treat all common urgent care cases for patients of all ages.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per approved standards.
Educate patients and families on follow-up care.
Treat patients and their families with utmost respect, safety, and dignity.

COMPENSATION, SCHEDULING, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR URGENT CARE FNPs & PAs:

Hourly base + daily patient volume incentive opportunities (can add several hundred dollars per day!) + 2 hours of added pay for solo shifts + daily 2X OT policy + much more!
Work fulltime only three days per week.
Opportunities for added shifts/overtime for incredible added earnings, if desired.
Growth & leadership opportunities as we expand (promoting from within!)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS (FNP) AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS (PA):

Minimum of 1-year of NP/PA clinical practice experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting. (Sorry, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet this minimum.)
NPs: MSN-FNP Degree + AANP or ANCC Board Certification
PAs: Physician Assistant Studies Degree + NCCPA Board Certification
California NP or PA Licensure
California Furnishing License (NPs only)
DEA Certificate with California address.
Proficient at IV access for blood draw and administering drugs.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire
