Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Locations: Allentown, Bethlehem, Fleetwood, Pennsburg, Pottsville, Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg, Palmerton, and nearby communities in East-Central Pennsylvania

We are seeking experienced and motivated Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join a highly respected retail urgent care system based in East-Central Pennsylvania operating more than 25 locations (and growing!) Practice top-of-license medicine by diagnosing and treating common urgent care cases for patients across the lifespan in an environment that prioritizes work-life balance, provider voice, and collaborative culture.

Position Highlights of Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners:

SCHEDULING: Work just 1,728 hours per year (~0.8 FTE) but paid for 2,080 (1.0 FTE)! That’s the equivalent of being paid for 30 unworked 12-hour shifts!
COMPENSATION: Near 90^th Percentile Earnings!
SCOPE: See patients of all ages in a fast-paced, modern urgent care setting
TRAINING: Extensive paid orientation and training – you’re well-prepared before ever working independently!
HOURS: Primarily 12-hour shifts, 8AM–8PM including combo of weekdays and weekends.
ONSITE SUPPORT: Large onsite support staff including RTs and MAs
LEADERSHIP SUPPORT: Medical Directors and APP Leads always available to provide clinical support for tough cases!
EMR: EPIC
LOCATIONS: Allentown, Bethlehem, Fleetwood, Pennsburg, Pottsville, Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg, Palmerton, and nearby communities.

Compensation & Benefits of Urgent Care FNPs:

Total compensation package of up to $180,000 per year based on experience including salary, value incentive, and retention bonus!
Top combined potential earnings = equivalent of ~$104 per hour worked!
Additional shifts available, paid at $100/hr.!

Minimum Qualifications of Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC).
At least one year of experience in urgent care.
Proficient with performing common procedures like suturing, splinting, X-ray wet reads, etc.
Valid BLS and DEA.
Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain licensure.
