Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB)

A well-supported healthcare system in southern Missouri is seeking a Family Medicine physician with the option to practice obstetrics. This is a true full-scope outpatient role with the flexibility to include deliveries if desired, without surgical pressure or required C-sections. The structure allows for strong continuity of care, manageable volume, and leadership support that values physician input. Compensation & Benefits
• $210,000 – $220,000 base salary
• $100 per delivery bonus
• $5,000 – $8,000 annual quality incentives

Position Highlights
• 80% Family Medicine / 20% OB (optional)
• 4- or 5-day workweek
• Average 11–16 patients per day
• Approximately 25 deliveries annually
• Call only for your own patients
• No C-sections required
• Outpatient-based with inpatient support
• LPN support + referral case manager
• Reports to Chief Medical Officer
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Missouri medical license
• New graduates welcome
