Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider
Peoria and Pekin, Illinois

We are seeking a Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing Hospitalist team serving a hospital in Peoria and Pekin. This is a strong inpatient opportunity for an APP who enjoys collaborative care, admission support, and working within a well connected health system.

Opportunity Details

• Full time dayshift schedule working 7 on and 7 off
• Collaborate with Hospitalist physicians to care for inpatients with a focus on admission support
• Fully integrated system using Epic across clinics and hospitals
• Holiday coverage required during scheduled work weeks, up to half the legal holidays per year
• Shift differentials available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work across two established hospitals serving the greater Peoria region
• Join an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient centered environment

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or Master’s degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty
• At least 1 year of inpatient experience preferred
• Current Illinois Physician Assistant license or Illinois RN and APN licensure required
