An established, mission-driven pediatric practice in southeastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its outpatient team. Position Highlights
• Outpatient pediatric practice
• High-volume, community-focused setting
• Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) per provider
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Additional hourly compensation for evening and weekend coverage
• $10,000 transition bonus
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $200,000 – $240,000
• Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
