We are seeking General Dermatologists to join a well-established, busy, privately owned practice with three locations in Central Connecticut.

Unlike many large dermatology groups, this remains a single-owner private practice where your voice matters, with the autonomy to shape your practice while benefiting from an established patient base, strong clinical support, and significant earning potential.

PRACTICE DETAILS OF DERMATOLOGY PHYSICIAN:

LOCATIONS: Three established locations serving a Central Connecticut metro area with a population of 1.2M+.
SCHEDULING: Both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME opportunities available.
PRIVATE PRACTICE: Established, single-owner practice - not private equity.
AUTONOMY: Freedom to focus on the areas of medical and surgical dermatology that are of greatest interest to you.
PROCEDURES: Robust procedural volume, including excisions, ED&Cs, biopsies, and other medical/surgical dermatology procedures
PATIENT DEMAND: Established patient base with the ability to see approximately 45-55 patients per day, supported by an experienced clinical team - providing outstanding earnings potential.
SUPPORT: Large, dedicated clinical and back-office staff, including in-house billing and call center support.
EMR: Modernizing Medicine.
ACADEMIC/RESEARCH: Interested in academics or research? We support that, too.
NEW GRADS: Dermatology residents completing training in 2027 are encouraged to apply.

$600k+ earning potential, based on experience and productivity, with no cap on income.
