Offering 2 yr income guarantee and up to 2 yrs practice expenses along with relocation and recruitment incentives.  This start-up practice offers excellent potential as current patients must travel to either Redding, CA o Reno, NV for services.  There is a solid referral base potential from 11 primary care physicians currently in the community.  The hospital has committed to the purchase of a cystascope and other operative equipment needed by the incoming Urologist.  The state of the art medical center built in 2004 is located in scenic northeast California and has a service area of 38k.  This area is an outdoor paradise, where the beautiful Sierra Nevada and Cascade Mountains meet the desert of the Great Basin.  Ideal climate, with unique terrain offering something for everyone.  Generally dry, warm days and cool nights.
